Starters

(v) Fennel and celeriac soup with croutons 

Caesar salad with crayfish tails

(v)* Artichokes and feta cheese salad with roast peppers and pesto

(v) Melon served with lemon sorbet and port syrup


Main Courses

Oven baked fillet of pork with confit potatoes, glazed carrots, green beans and apple compote

Grilled fillet of plaice with crushed new potatoes, spring onions and fine beans served with a caper and lemon dressing

Seared fillet of sea bass on sauteed potatoes and a warm salad of vegetables with a herb dressing
 
Pan fried breast of duck with sweet and sour leeks, steamed broccoli and a crispy potato cake with a light soy jus

(v) Baked flat mushroom with roast vegetables and glazed with Binham blue cheese   

Kiln roast salmon salad with horseradish sauce

All dishes can be served plain if you prefer. Your order will be taken at the table in the restaurant.
Alternative vegetarian courses are available please ask the restaurant manager.
