Starters

(v) Courgette and rocket soup with thyme cream

Smoked duck breast, chicory, watercress, green bean and shallot salad with quinoa, salted hazelnuts and fennel seeds

Lightly cured citrus red mullet, asparagus and pickled mushroom salad

(v) Crumbled goats' cheese, warm cauliflower, chickpea, sweet potato and spinach salad with crispy onions and curry oil


Main Courses

Roast sirloin of local Angus beef, cocotte potatoes, carrot puree, baby turnips, kale, thyme and red wine sauce

Seared fillet of cod with sweetvcorn, ham hock and crab chowder, spinach and lemon

Seared pork tenderloin fillet with fondant potato, spring greens, caponata and jus

Grilled fillet of bream on cherry tomatoes with basil and cous cous

 (v) Tagliatelle with butternut squash, sage, chilli, pine nuts and rocket

 Sesame fried chicken, baby gem, cucumber, spring onions, chilli with honey and soy dressing

Whole dressed local crab salad, warm new potatoes, samphire, green beans, shallots and gem heart with lemon dressing and red tartare sauce 

All dishes can be served plain if you prefer. Your order will be taken at the table in the restaurant.
