 Very slightly off-dry but it's the lime-tinged minerality that really shines on this flinty, steely Riesling.  And at only 10.5% alcohol, it is delicate and light on it's feet.

 Pale in colour with an enticingly citrus nose, this is a typically racy South African Chenin which is a good clean, fresh, vibrant wine.

 This Chardonnay is fruit driven and crucially, unoaked, it's stainless steel tanks all the way.  Plenty of clean, ripe citrus, with good freshness to the semi-tropical hints of kiwi fruit.

 A sophisticated, dry elegant rendition of this aromatic grape variety, combining minerality with white peach and floral notes such as jasmine.
